Bespoke Exhibition Stands for Bar Convent Berlin 2026

Bar Convent Berlin is the world's biggest trade fair for the bar and drinks industry, held every October at Messe Berlin. Over 530 exhibitors take part, from major spirits brands to small craft distilleries, showing everything from spirits and wine to mixers, bar equipment, and everyday bar supplies. Around 12,000 bar owners, bartenders, and industry buyers attend from nearly 90 countries. EventFull designs and builds bespoke exhibition stands for businesses exhibiting at the show.

People Need to Actually Taste What You're Selling

Unlike a lot of trade shows, tasting is a huge part of how business gets done here. Buyers want to try a spirit or a mixer before they'll consider stocking it, which means your stand needs proper space for pouring drinks, keeping them at the right temperature, and giving people somewhere comfortable to try something without feeling rushed. If you're planning a live mixology demonstration, that adds another layer, you'll want a clear spot for the bartender to work, and enough room for a small crowd to gather and watch without blocking the rest of your stand.

Your Stand Should Feel Like Your Brand's Idea of a Great Night Out

Because the whole industry is built on atmosphere and experience, a stand that just displays bottles on a shelf misses the point a bit. The businesses that do well here tend to build something that feels like a genuine slice of their brand, whether that's a moody, intimate feel for a premium spirit or something brighter and more playful for a fun, mixer-led product. Lighting, materials, and even small design touches all help visitors get a sense of what your brand is actually like, rather than just what it sells.

A Show With Both Big Names and Small Producers

Bar Convent Berlin brings together some of the world's largest drinks companies alongside small independent distillers, all in the same halls. If you're a smaller producer, it's worth thinking about how your stand competes for attention next to much bigger budgets. A well-designed stand doesn't need to be huge to stand out, sometimes a distinctive, characterful design does more for a craft brand than trying to match a big name on scale.
